Hmm, this one is a little like answering the question "What is ice cream like?" while standing in front of an ice cream buffet with 40 flavors of ice cream. There are some core commonalities, but there are a lot of variations too.

Let's begin with the commonalities. For the live, online classroom courses we use a platform called Big Blue Button. You can learn more about the live classroom and the live class option in the FAQ section called Live Classes.

At your own pace (AYOP classes) are very nearly identical to the live classes, except that there isn't a live class component. The lessons are recorded. You can learn more about the AYOP course option in the FAQ section titled AYOP Courses.
