Apologia Science Courses: Plan on each module taking two weeks. It works well to focus on content in week 1 and the labs and module exams in week 2. Once your student has done a few modules, adjust the plan as needed if they fly through the material or if they need more time to absorb it.

Saxon Math Courses: With the exception of Advanced Math, each block in the course page should take one week for most students. Please do adjust this recommendation to your student's needs. Enjoy the freedom that comes with an ayop course to make the course fit the student and not the other way around. Saxon himself recommends a year and a half to complete the Advanced Math level.
